Before You Sign Up — How RawReach Handles Your Data:

Data We Collect at Signup

When you create an account, we collect your email address, phone number, billing address, and payment information. Your email, phone number, and billing address are stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Your payment card information is processed exclusively by Stripe — we never see, store, or have access to your full card number.

Data We Collect When You Use the Tool

When you submit content (screenshots, audio, transcripts) to our Behavioral Content Generator, your raw data is processed in a temporary secure memory buffer and is permanently destroyed the instant your results are generated. We never save, store, or retain your original submissions. This is our Zero-Footprint Protocol.

Data We Keep

We save two types of results to your private dashboard: (1) AI Analysis — behavioral traits and pattern insights generated from your submission, and (2) Generated Marketing Content — content calendars, captions, emails, blog posts, and scripts created for you. Both are stored securely with encryption and include AI provenance metadata as required by California law (AB 853). Your account information (email, phone, billing address, subscription status, and consent records) is retained for as long as your account is active.

Data We Permanently Destroy

Your original raw submissions (screenshots, audio files, transcripts) are permanently destroyed the millisecond your content is generated. They are never written to disk, never backed up, and never viewable — not even by RawReach staff. Under California's SB 446, we maintain zero retention of raw sensitive data to eliminate breach liability.

Your Rights

At any time, you may: (1) Download & Destroy — download all your generated content and permanently shred it from our servers, reducing your data footprint to zero. (2) Delete Your Account — one click permanently erases all your data, including generated content, account information, and consent records, from our active systems and backups within 30-45 days. (3) Opt Out of AI Processing — disable automated analysis of your submissions at any time. (4) Request a copy of all data we hold about you. These rights are guaranteed under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).

Fees

A standard processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30 applies to each card transaction. If a bank (ACH) payment is returned, a $4.00 bounce fee applies. We never charge late fees. Full fee details are in our Terms of Service.
